Kremp Florist provided the flowers for my daughters wedding this past June. They did a beautiful job! Everything was fresh, on time, and beautifully arranged. Leslie, the owner, was so much fun to work with and knew exactly what my daughter wanted. I highly recommend them for anything you may need! They also have a beautiful, cute shop to browse if you are looking for something to do.

This week, my wife and I wanted to send flowers and sweets to our niece who has had some health challenges. We found wonderful items on the Kremp website and they really brightened up our niece's day. But, what really impressed me about Kremp was the superb customer service. As luck would have it, when I tried to order, I ran into a computer glitch in trying to check out. Kremp had a live chat box with an attentive employee instantly available. The employee (Lauren) navigated me through the process and then went the extra mile to make the changes to my order manually so I didn't have to wait too long online. When I needed a change to the message on the packages after my order had been submitted, another employee whose last name happens to be Kremp stepped in--can you imagine, personal attention from the owner! -- and made sure the order was fulfilled as I wanted. A lot of consumers get frustrated by the absence of a human touch in online business, but Kremp provided my family with excellent online products and customer service from the heart. I found Kremp on a Buzzfeed list, "17 of the Best Places to Order Flowers Online," and decided to give them a try. Mom said her birthday flowers were beautiful--even nicer than the picture I'd selected. Price was very reasonable, too. Highly recommended, and I will definitely use them again.

Thanks to Kremp Florist, I managed to arrange the most beautiful Mothers' Day flower for my wife. The team at Kremp was super responsive and patient. I live in London, where we had already celebrated Mothers' Day (happens to be on different days in United Kingdom and the United States). My wife happened to be visiting the United States over Mothers' Day (American Mothers' Day) and I decided at the last minute (6AM on Mothers' Day) to send her flowers so we could celebrate twice. I reached out to two dozen florists and only Kremp responded. They made sure an amazing bouquet was delivered the same afternoon. I have no idea how they did it as all delivery services were fully booked. THANK YOU!

Excellent service and the flowers that were delivered were beautiful and fresh. You kept me informed from order to delivery which I appreciated. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the product and you now have me as a customer. Thank you for making my mom feel so special with the flowers you delivered!!!
