Great place, very friendly service, very clean room. Breakfast was also very good. Would highly recommend it for a place to stay. I'd give it 5 out of 5 stars.

Staff was friendly but failed to tell me of the $50 charge I'd have mid stay for a "security deposit". That was annoying because they already had my card on file and could have charged as needed instead of taking the money out and then redepositng it later. Breakfast seemed minimal. I feel like I've had more options at other Hampton inns. We left a phone charger in our room and when we called them from home, they said it had been found and asked for a credit card to pay for shipping. It felt like they were more interested in getting money than hospitality. Most likely I'll choose a different hotel at my next stay in Bartlesville

Four stars because of two reasons. In my opinion the hotel room should be built around the bed. The bed is where all guests will spend the majority of their time and the beds should be the most comfortable in town. The mattresses at the Hampton inn Bartlesville are great, the rooms are overall great and the staff was very friendly. Although all these things are great for a hotel their sheets are a weird one piece ichy uncomfortable mess. The sheet blanket and comforter are all stiched together and makes for an unpleasant sleeping experience. Also I may seem petty but my review is my review... The paint is peeling from the bathroom and the plumbers tape used on the obviously repaired bathroom looks like it was done in a hurry.

Everything went well except for breakfast. There was very little abailable to choose from. We were told there was more coming out, but nothing was ever brought. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

Beautiful building, great rooms, friendly service and an awesome hot tub! Loved it!
