This place is very nice. I like the suites and how comfortable the beds are. Internet is not consistent though. That is the down side. But they do offer a hardwired option. Just ask for an ethernet cable. They have an indoor pool which is nice. My daughter loves it. Breakfast is great as well. Lots of options and a cool pancake machine that delivers fresh pancakes everytime.

I stayed in two other hotels in Bartlesville over the 2018 Holliday season. The Bartlesville Holliday Inn was by far the best experience. The beds and sheets were great. The rooms were almost perfect. Everything is very clean. The hot breakfast with bacon and eggs, biscuits and gravy and the automatic pancake making machine was one of the best hotel free breakfasts I've ever had. The staff was very nice and professional. Any time I visit Bartlesville from now on I will be staying at the Holliday Inn Express! Best place in Bartlesville.

First impression, good, then, no WiFi, called front desk, the reply was you need to call the 800 number and report the problem, since when is a problem with your internetbecome a guests job. Then we needed to go to dinner, asked for a map of the area, look in the area between the doors, maps for all over the state, none anywhere, no phone book in the room, no printed area maps. No WiFi so we can't​ use our phone for maps. Dead spot she says, I understand that she was the only person working, another cause for concern, she was covered up with checking in guests. Breakfast was fine. Next time I am looking for a hotel, I now will have to get recommendations long before I reserve a room somewhere else!

Great hotel, better than most hot breakfast. Room is comfortable and clean. Takes CLC for corporate bookings.

we didnt feel our rooms were that clean at all. Pretty worn hotel. Not terrible, but not super clean either.
