No soap, etc in bathroom, supplied by front desk. Noisy refrigerator in room. Confusing room A/C system operation. Breakfast was reheated, old sausage and barely warm powered(?) eggs. Pancake mix empty and not filled when requested. Staff seemed more interested in taking a break outside than satisfying customers. Paid bill, advised counterperson of overall disappointment and went to Burger King. Will not stay at this facility again. Not impressed at all!

Nice room. Clean, comfortable. Nice view in back. Friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed our 2 night stay.

My stay was nice. The staff greeted me when I entered. Each time they saw me they would ask how my stay is going and if there was anything they could do.

Room was very nice as was the hotel. Some of the staff seem a little lazy, several times I went to the lobby and the staff was outside (hotel phone ringing non stop). At one point I wanted a suggestion for good food in the area and couldn't get anyone to come to the desk. The pool is nice however no one had cleaned up the used towels from previous guest until our second day.

We stayed there on our way from Toronto to Virginia.  We were very happy. Things I liked were 1) the price 2) the breakfast was excellent and included as part of the price 3) the staff were amazing 4) the bathroom was large 5) the business center was very good.  The only thing I thought could have been better was the size of the room which was smallish.
