I was in Green Bay for the USA Hockey National Tournament this past April. The hotel staff were very welcoming and professional from the front desk all the way to the housekeeping team. Especially considering that we were herding fifteen 16-18 year old hockey players with us. The hotel did include free wifi with your room. I didn't have any issues with signing in or with the speed. Worked great. The hotel is in a really great location downtown right next to the Fox River. My room had a river view that was very nice. Also there is a multi use trail that follows the river right past the hotel.There are plenty of food and drink options within walking distance of the hotel. It would be nice if there was some food and drink option in the hotel. They do however sell snacks and beer at the front desk and will let you hang out in the lobby and socialize. It looks like there may be some plans to construct a restaurant or bar in the hotel property but I forgot to ask if that was the case or what the time frame for that would be. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for individuals, teams, or business travelers.

A very nice hotel. Clean rooms only add to your great experience. The beds are great. Very comfortable and supportive. Better than what you would expect. I was surprised. The staff is great. Very friendly and supportive. They are great.

The only redeemable part of my visit here was the friendly front desk staff. The pool had so much chlorine in it that almost all of my friends who went in it got sick and puked.  The breakfast in the morning tasted funky to say the least, while the "fresh" pineapple tasted like urine. The pillows had the texture of sandpaper. Hotels are supposed to be a place you can grab some rest for the next day but I think I could have rested better in my car.

New in 2017, clean, comfortable and a great central location. Staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to improve your stay. Odd numbered rooms enjoy a nice view (pick a high floor). My sole complaint is lack of a hot tub, but the pool is heated and open until midnight.

Newly renovated hotel with modern and ultra clean aesthetics. The staff is great and gave me a great view for my first time in Madison. Great location central to the downtown area and connected to the convention center. Parking is free and be sure to grab some freshly baked oatmeal cookies at the desk and stop by the complimentary beverage bar.
