All the employees were very nice, as well as the other guests. The rooms were very clean and the front desk was very helpful. The only issue I had is the shower being a bit tight but I usually like to have a lot of room. Otherwise the rooms were perfect.

The building, rooms and amenities were all fine, as was the majority of the staff. However, our initial reservation was cancelled on us and the room we had originally reserved was given away so we were forced to take a room on the bottom floor, so between the slamming of doors, the out of control youth football team running all over the bottom two floors stomping & shouting, and some (not all) of the housekeeping staff blasting music, our stay was just not a good one. While I understand the majority of this was out of the control of the hotel staff, so much of it could have been avoided had our initial reservation not been mysteriously cancelled and our original room given away. The front desk staff and management were very apologetic and did try to make it right & honestly I felt bad for them having to deal with the obnoxious teenagers storming all over the place. If we are ever back in the area, I would consider staying again but only if we could get the room we initially reserved. We normally stay at Hamptons wherever we go because they are very nice hotels and we don't mind paying a bit more for a better experience but this time we just got dealt a bad hand.

Just what you'd expect. Neat and clean room. Nice bed. Breakfast was ok. I don't think any hotel breakfast is great. Liked the boiled eggs. Easy parking.

We are visiting Knoxville for thevweejend and had checked into another hotel which wasx part of a chain.  It was deplorable.  We were able to get this suite for our weekend and let me tell you what a difference this was.  Very fast polite check in, clean and very classy.  The room was spotless, our bed us comfortable and I could not be happier.  Hampton will be our definite hotel every time I visit here.

Such a beautiful hotel! The staff was warm and personable. The cleanest room I've been in for a long time. Super good breakfast too!
A memorable experience for sure. I'll choose Hampton Inn every time! The price was unbelievable for the quality of this hotel!
