This is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel, and I have stayed in some complete dumps. I was initially put in a handicap accessible room, that was humid, smelled musty, and had a broken lock on the door. Thankfully they were willing to move me, but now I am overlooking the giant atrium. Which you think would be nice but unfortunately there is a bar on the first floor of the atrium. It is currently 11 pm, I have to be up early in the morning for work, and it sounds like there are about 20 screaming frat bros down in the bar. They have been down there since 9 pm and are showing no signs of slowing down. I have called twice to ask for the front desk to do anything about it, and nothing has been done. Aside from that, the walls are paper thin and I can hear everything on either side of me. This is the first negative review I have ever left on Google or Yelp. There is one basic thing I expect in a hotel, a quiet night’s sleep, and I think at this point I would do better sleeping in my car.

Older property but nice rooms and grand lobby. All the staff were extremely courteous and professional. Enjoyed a room overlooking the river. Nice breakfast in the concierge lounge also overlooking the river. The location is downtown but not especially convenient to much except the women's basketball hall of fame next door.

Good hotel. Comfy Beds. Nice sized rooms. Check in was quick and easy. Water took an unusually long time to heat up. No complaints but no wow either.

The Knoxville Marriott is in a good area, within an easy walk of the downtown. The hotel and room were clean. Checkin and out were a breeze and the front desk was friendly. Two complaints - I had a room on the inside and it was a little too bright for my liking due to the light from the lobby. The cafe downstairs was slow with my friend's breakfast even though the restaurant was fairly empty. I had a good impression overall - everyone was friendly and room service did a good job.

Its very pretty. Like, BladeRunner future pretty. I've delivered a few pizzas there and as soon as you step in you are transported to the solemn sanctity of the inner pyramid of sleep. Would use it for a Knoxville set Lost in Translation/ The Grand Budapest Hotel reboot so call Bill Murray and book your rooms.
