Friendly staff but the property was not what I have come to expect from this brand. Property needs a real good deep cleaning. A remodel for updating purposes would be great. Just seemed to be past the date of an update. Great TV service! Loved the Directv!

Checking in as a Hilton honors member. (Gold) My wife and I felt like we were treated like criminals as if we were lying to them. They went so far as to call my employer to verify if I was still employed. My I.D. was checked by two different employees. They also told me that they have been scammed and ripped off in the past. Second, once we got to our first room #331. The room was not clean. Bathroom was dirty, bathroom supplies were on the bed. Floor was dirty with foot prints on the carpet. I called the front desk and advised. They came to the room to verify and gave us a new room.  In the second room, I reported that the phone was not working and a handle from the dresser was broken.  When reported, they said maintenance wasn't here and said they would report it in the morning.  Also. Wall paper was peeling off walls in the hallway and the elevator was very dirty. Pool closed to early on a Friday night at 10pm. Kids were playing poker in the hallway as we passed to our room. 
Over all, not up to Hilton Standards. 
In response to your comment, I was already checked in through the honors account. I.D. verification should of been good enough. But I get it... No matter what anyone says about this place, your reply should be taken with apologies to fix the issues. This is a reflection on management.  Sorry I gave my personal experience an honest review.

It's a typical hotel in the middle of a regular town. It does the job and the staff seems nice. They have fresh cookies usually. So that's nice.

We paid $136 for a one stay in this hotel and it was not close to worth it.  I will say that the hotel staff was polite but the facilities are terrible.  It is obvious this hotel is in dire need of repair and upgrade.

Rita and the management here were very hospitable and took care of all my needs. The place itself is very inviting and my room was clean and ready.
