I'm not a picky person, but this hotel was pretty bad. There was no noticeable mold in our room, but there was a strange smell and definite mold in hallways and pool area. When we arrived around 11pm, the temp outside was -2 and our room was freezing cold (probably 55 degrees). Our youngest son had to sleep with us because he was too little to sleep with a large blanket by himself. The pool does not have a heater and was ice-cold (probably 60 degrees) and dirty. The hot tub was covered and presumably out of order. The rooms were out of date, which is not the worst thing in the world, but they were also in a bit of disrepair. Our toilet overflowed for no reason and the button for the 3rd floor in the elevator needed to be pushed 10-30 times in order to work. Overall, this hotel needs a lot of help.

Not very happy. The room was relatively clean, the lobby was filthy. There was construction going on but it didn't affect our stay. There was no hot tub as advertised and the desk staff was very disinterested in being helpful. We asked for extra blankets, pillows and sheets as there were none in the room for the fold out sofa and we were given a very dirty, looked as though it was a personal pillow, a sheet that we could basically see through and two bed spreads as blankets. It all smelled of cigarette smoke. The breakfast staff was wonderful and breakfast was fine. We will not be staying there again.

Friendly staff. Elevator was from hell. Carpets need replaced. Room was satisfactory. Would have to think twice next time I need to stay in this area.

Rooms are decent, staff is nice. No fridge/ microwave, and one bed had 2 pillows but the other had 3. The pillows are like half pillows. Very few outlets, because of hotels like this I bring a power strip. Those were my only complaints, still overall a decent place.

Freezing cold when we arrived at our room. Smoke alarm was going off when we arrived. They moved us to another room. This room was also cold that our young grandchildren we're cold. Facility is in need of serious upgrades.
