Great location being right downtown. It is close to the waterfront, attractions, and great dining. But that also makes parking a big concern. There are several parking lots close by and a parking garage as well. The hotel offers valet parking (for a fee). I don't know the garage rates but the lot will cost upwards of $28 per day. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. We used the pool but were disappointed that there was no hot tub or spa. The breakfast was very good and included eggs, bacon, waffles, french toast sticks, along with cereals, yogurts and of course coffee and juices. On the whole a very nice place to stay and we would stay there again.

All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was modernly themed and classy. Everything in the room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the shower spacious with good pressure. The hotel is within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Portsmouth had plenty to do on a Thursday night.

This is a fantastic hotel with some of the most beautiful rooms I have ever seen, that includes boutique hotels! The staff is helpful and friendly and the location is perfectly situated in a very walk-able downtown area. Unfortunately you have to utilize valet parking as there is no lot available for visitors, but it only costs a one time reasonable flat fee.

Very nice location, room was excellent (room 515 is on the top corner of the building, you can see a lot from there), very clean and spacious. Valet parking is kind of a bummer but it is required in city accommodations, personally I'd rather park my own car and not pay.. However the valets themselves were fast and courteous. Breakfast area seemed a little cramped when the hotel is filled up, it was tough to find a seat to eat comfortably.
