The best part was the good price! We were in a huge room on 3rd floor. Even though we were in the corner closest to the freeway it was quiet enough for good sleeping. It was clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back and save money again.

The room itself was nice. Plenty of space for me, my hubby and our 2 cats for the night. I thought I would be courteous and place a towel on the floor under the litter box so there wouldn't be a big mess and a small towel under the food bowls. I called downstairs and asked for a towel. Just 1. And the manager bit my head off about it. He said "you just got here. I put towels in there and that's all you get". I told him I was trying to keep the room clean and put a towel under the box and he told me "that was fine but you won't get anymore" and hung up on me. Later I go into the bathroom to shower and the soap that was on the side of the tub was opened and used. They gave us used soap. I will never stay here again and that manager needs a lesson in hospitality.

The rooms were clean and fairly quiet throughout the nights. Maybe that's just because the building was mostly vacant while I stayed. Building seems quite old though with creaking floors but it looks like they're doing renovations. Staff seemed eager to answer questions and was polite. It was an enjoyable stay.

Excellent rooms and great service. The breakfast is simple and maybe a bit lacking but it does the trick. The location is very convenient just off the highway and there is plenty of parking available. Arrived at 2 am and was still able to get our reserved room.

I definitely lived the building it was in, the old factory brick was pretty cool. Location-wise, it was convenient for us as downtown is just a few minutes away. No major problems with the room, just a very tiny leak in the showerhead. Overall, I was pretty pleased with my stay here.
