When we arrived at the hotel and opened our room we discovered that there was someone in our room. Obviously this is unacceptable so they gave us a room with a king, a jacuzzi and a rollaway bed instead of the double queen that we had originally booked. They also gave us the night free, and we were able to move into our double queen room on the top floor the next day. The hotel staff treated us very well and always asked if we needed anything extra. The free breakfast and parking is huge bonus. There is no need to set an alarm, the sunrise will wake you up if you have the curtains open. One of the ladies working the breakfast always says good morning to you and will even give kids a lollipop and a hug.

We came out here from California. My wife and I  went to all the historical events that we could find in Virginia. But nothing was better then our room at the Hampton. The service that we received here was top-notch. We stayed in room 316 and Ronnie was the gal that cleaned the rooms and did much more. With Associates like Ronnie it's no wonder that the Hampton is Head and Shoulders Above the Rest. Thank you Hampton and thank you Ronnie for the greatest vacation that my wife and I  have had in a long time

Great hotel to go to and relax. There are several rooms with hot tubs in them as well as a nice 24hour pool and spa. You can use the pool on the main level any time day or night! This is a great benefit if you are a night owl person or just want more from your stay! Breakfast is good and runs daily from 6am to 10am and is free as well.

Great location, right on the boardwalk. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars, beautiful view. The staff was extremely friendly. Everything was clean. The pool area was amazing. Food was good. I would definitely visit again.

My family and I usually stay at Hampton Inn during travels, normally with no issues. Most of the staff at this particular Inn were wonderful, especially the breakfast staff and the manager on duty when we arrived. Yet there is always one person behind the front desk who has a bad attitude and makes things difficult, though karma did happen to meet up with her. I do recommend Hampton Inn.
