I went to stay there for a Hockey Tournament. It was a great stay and there was delicious breakfast. The waffle machines worked great. My teammates and I enjoyed our stay and had fun but the staff was a bit rude. One of the ladies told me not to run on the stairwell when I was walking. Also she was not very kid friendly and was kind of stalking us. The bathrooms in the bedrooms were small and the TVs seemed old. The bathroom was also dirty.

We stayed for a night and it was wonderful. The rooms were cleaned, well stocked, the staff was friendly, efficient and helpful... our only real disappoint was the website says they have CRIBS available. I requested one during our online reservation... and called ahead to make sure they had one. When we arrived I triple checked they had one available and requested they please bring it to the room asap. This was around 3pm... it didn't arrive until after 6pm :( and it wasn't a crib... it was a super old, beat up pack in play with no pad on the bottom, just a folded hotel blanket on the bottom. I called and asked if there were out of cribs or???? She said no, the pack and play was all they offered. So heads up... My baby didn't sleep well at all and needless to say, when the baby doesn't sleep, the parents don't either :(

Service could have been better shared a room wevtried to get them to split room when we came in and was a mess when we tried to pay with two cards at check out. They seem to be comp room problem back a lot .place and breakfast was great. My room was fine

My boyfriend and I arrived at 1:30AM. We drove almost 12 hours from toronto to surprise my bestfriend. Her parents arranged the hotel for us. We only knew that they reserved the room for us. We weren't sure if it was under their name or ours. So when we arrived and the kind gentleman asked whats my name I panicked because i wasn't sure if it was under mine or their name. The man said "oh dear, i hope you know. I don't want to say you can't sleep here, but i also can't say to leave because it's 1:30AM and both responses will get my manager angry. Our names were under it, thankfully. But i could tell that if it wasn't he would allow us to at least sleep/stay in the lounge which was VERY appreciated from a 12 hour drive. The room was nicely sized, quite area, comfy beds, clean room and bathroom. i like when hotels have the sink outside. A lot of the times all we want to do is brush our teeth but someone is in the bathroom, so i thought was great! In the morning we had complimentary breakfast. Wasn't the largest selection but it got me by until lunch. I enjoyed it. Better than others that's for sure. Would defiantly stay again. Highly recommend it!

I came here about a year ago and i had a great experience. free breakfast was awesome i went up like three times, and i must say the beds were great i got my best night sleep here. The rooms were clean and neat. just perfect for what i needed, and the staff was wonderful. Thank you Hampton Inn for your Hospitality.
