Our family stayed here when visiting for a wedding and sightseeing in Washington DC. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and well kept. It is close to major roads and is also few steps away from Famous Dave's BBQ and Red Robins. There is also other eateries, Target, and a Costco really close. The complementary breakfast is also not bad. Our family enjoyed the stay here.

Rooms are clean and pleasant for business travelers to relax and still do work. Good channel selection gives you the ability to stay tuned with the latest news or whatch a favorite show. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My family and I enjoyed this Residence Inn. Everything here was wonderful from the moment we check-in to the moment we check- out. The staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious! The room was nice and clean! The overall experience was wonderful!

I travel a lot for work (~80 nights/year) and have stayed in a lot of hotels. I have Gold and Platinum memberships to multiple hotels - Marriot, Hilton and Hyatt, so I've been around the block.

I am completely blown away by the service, attention and care the hotel manager, Kristin, and her team provides. 

My mom was flying from Istanbul, Turkey to Dallas, Texas. She already endured a 12 hour flight, and was left with a 24 hour layover due to a flight cancellation. 

This hotel team went way above and beyond. My mother does not speak english well, and only knows how to call, text and use the camera on her phone. She doesn't know how to order food, she doesn't know how to read her plane ticket, how to book an uber/taxi. They took care of everything for her - got her to the hotel safely, helped her get on her next flight on time and that really helped her since she was traveling alone. I called that hotel probably at least 10 times and each person I spoke to was very attentive and was helpful each time. I will always appreciate that. 

In addition, my mother also loved the hotel - it has a big TV, the best breakfast at any hotel (better than Hyatt's breakfast) and a great kitchen space. The bed was soft and comfortable, the hotel room was spotless and quiet at night. 

I would definitely recommend this hotel because a lot can go wrong when traveling, but the service that the manager, Kristin, and her team provides really and truly helps.
