I do not care for Americanized Chinese food and this was some traditional fare I found in the area. Dan Dan noodles were great. Savory, spicy, peanutty flavor. Heat made me come back for more. I also missed the scallion pancakes that I haven't had in a long time. Delicious but kind of expensive for what it is and how easy they are to make. I would still order them every time I went it. Custom spice level at your request.

If you haven't been to a Han dynasty yet. You need to go. It's family style so bring friends and order a lot. All dishes are perfectly spicy and have lovely wok hei. Dan Dan noodles are a must. BYOB.

Always a great meal. Can be packed at times but food is worth it. Food is mostly spicy but they can tweak most dishes from More Spicy or Less to nothing.

There was 11 of us eating here. We read the reviews and were very impressed. We had a variety of food and everything was outstanding! The wonton had very thin noodles, the broth was perfect too. They accommodated my children who ate a chicken dish with peanuts and it wasn't spicy like asked.  They were extremely knowledgeable and the service was excellent!!! I would definitely recommend this place!!

Hands down the best unique Asian food experience I have ever had. Quick service, fair prices, and fresh food. This is not a cookie cutter Chinese take out establishment but true cook to order craft by house chef's. Highly recommend!!
