So disappointed in the professionalism and problem resolution of the management team and wait staff. Sara(h) at this location is one of the night managers and not only does she provide poor quality training (as reflected by our server) but she did not even care to take the initiative and take personal care of the bad service we received. Apparently an honest mistake was made with our appetizers, causing them to be delayed and this was never brought to our attention. Then our food was luke warm. I was upset and decided to call after the fact and when I told her how I felt her response was "good point". Ill be speaking with their GM tomorrow because this staff needs to be trained again on hospitality.

We love Cheesecake factory but something about this location is off. The last three-four times we have visited there, the food has been incorrect, or off tasting or the service has been slow etc. We aren't sure what is going on at this location as other cheesecakes we have been to have not been off. For example this last time, on a early wed evening we were seated quickly but the service took about an hour to even come to us and ask for our order and we had an 8 month old baby so we had to leave soon. So  we ordered my entree salad with dressing on the side since we would just get our food to go because of the wait. The salad came, with no side dressing so we asked again and waited for that, then boxed up the food and left. I got home and a couple hours later went to eat my salad (that i had not tried in the restaurant) only to find that one it had been dressed and was now soggy and gross, and two had been dressed with the wrong dressing (it is a salad I get often). I offered it to my hubby who eats anything and even he said it was too gross to eat. So a 15 dollar salad went in the trash. This type of thing has happened the last several visits. We would recommend cheesecake factory but go to a different location.

My husband and I stopped by the Cheese Cake Factory for lunch the other day, it was late afternoon, we were immediately seated and greeted by our server Gina. Gina was an excellent server, very personable, pleasant and had a smile on her face the whole time! She recommended a few choices for our dinner, we decided to try them and she was 150% correct, dinner was great!! Gina is a great asset to the establishment!!

Always decent. But pricey for a non alcoholic beverage. Good food and dessert. A favorite for happy hour, celebrations and groups.  Does not take reservations and Thursday thru Sunday and holidays are busy with hour long or more waits possible.

When googling this establishment, it says "peak wait up to 15 minutes" I understand the concept of under-exaggerating, but the wait is an hour or more practically every time. Unless you get there the minute they open, you're waiting an hour, an hour and a half. We were seated immediately but literally waited an hour and twenty minutes for food, and it was not even THAT busy. I came in August on an absolutely packed day and waited around the same amount of time.

The food itself is delicious, the variety is impressive, but all of that has nothing to do with the waiters or managers. The cooks assembling the food, they get a five star rating. The manager and wait staff gets a two. The manager, for allowing sick people to work. While I was there I saw a waiter coughing and sneezing MULTIPLE times. My friend works at this establishment and was complaining that one of her co-workers was forced to work even though they called saying they had a stomach bug.

 I found this out AFTER I ate there. Then conveniently the next morning my boyfriend (who took me to the establishment) wakes up, stomach bug. We did absolutely nothing else that evening, and actually didn't even eat again when we came back home. So he 100% contracted the virus at the restaurant and I'm disgusted. I'm going to get sick too now. We just had the bug three weeks ago. This was the first "going out to eat" meal we have treated ourselves to since being sick and throwing up violently. I tried to say "oh it may be the germs from our home" but no. We have had people over since we got better, none of them have gotten sick. I cleaned everything. The only thing out of the ordinary was this restaurant. I get the stomach bug is extremely contagious but that's why if an employee is complaining of a possible bug, it's unacceptable for the manager to force them to come in.

-we have gone back three times since and had an absolutely perfect time and service so they have redeemed themselves in my eyes lol
