I unfortunately had a bad experience with  the therapist I’d gotten on my first visit here. My muscles were as tight and sore the next day as they were before I came in. Hand and Stone sent me an online survey the next day which I filled out, expecting to hear nothing in return as would happen with most places. Kim contacted me within an hour of getting the review and set everything right. She asked me to explain what happened, apologized for the therapist’s lack of attention and invited me back for another massage at no charge. Melissa, my replacement, was fantastic!  I would highly recommend this location for their service as well as Melissa’s ability. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Love this new spa! The staff is friendly and inviting and walk you through your visit. The massage therapists are professional and customize the experience for you. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. I highly recommend checking it out!

We had a few bumps early in our business relationship but they have all been worked out and taken care. They have taken care of me and shown great business skills when overcoming problems. This place is clean and at a fair price if you us the membership. If you enjoy medium to firm massage then I would highly recommend Katelyn.

The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is always very pleasant, and the Massage and Facial are top notch! Great experiences every time I've been there!
