I have been a member of Hand and Stone for several years and have been happy with all services.  Today I called to confirm my Mothers day massage and was told it was for next week.  I told the associate I scheduled for today she said no I did not.  I asked to speak with Manager and Ruby (I think that was her name) said I must have made a mistake and wrote the wrong date.  I let her know that it was not my error,.  She said that is not what our records say.  Also I might add no apologies from either ladies.  I asked to speak with her manager she said I am the GM, again no apology or let me see what I can do.  I told her  I was going to cancel membership  and she said  okay, you have 3 mos to use your remaining sessions... where do you want me to send the information.  I have never experienced such bad service from an Establishment , especially one I have been going to for over 2 years.  I do want to say that all the massage therapist and estheticians were awesome.

My massage therapist at Hand and Stone is the absolute best I have found anywhere!!  I have lots of muscle problems due to my job and he is the only one who can work them out and keep me feeling good!!  I love this place!

We made an appointment on our vacation days, which was confirmed before getting off of the phone.. We get there and were told it was for the next Friday...we got bumped for a bridal party.  If you can't keep your word them your business is worthless.

This company does not let you know when you cancel your membership, you only have 3 months to use any outstanding/banked services.  I was incredibly disappointed with the way I was told this information when calling to schedule my final service.  After spending hundreds of dollars with them, I was not allowed to use a massage that apparently had JUST expired. In fact, I had emailed them 4 times through their website and NEVER received a response email. Had I have known I would not be able to use a service I PAID FOR, I would have been a bit more adamant about making contact with someone.  Very poor customer service.

I've had the best massages here! I've had Leah, Jacqueline, and Ricardo. They definitely made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
