Scary!!!!!!! pleasant experience at first. Then after getting nipped several times with a cuticle trimmer she busted out the cheese grater foot thing followed by the USED pumice stone. I noticed as she touched it to my foot that it had been around the block a time or two. I asked if it was new she said "no change after 20 customers!" I managed to scoop my chin up off the floor and asked her for a new one. She walked to the back to get one, after a couple minutes came back with nothing then walked up front talked to her co workers then dug around in a cabinet underneath the cash register and finally came out with a new pumice in a package. I was so freaked out I asked her how they clean those between each of the 20 customers and she said they use a nail brush and alcohol. I'm speechless still, and you couldn't pay me to go back.

The prices are a little high and they rush through the process that should be relaxing.  The gel nails last a long time on the toes, but tend to chip off quickly on fingernails.  I've had bad luck with the acrylic nails breaking off even when doing non strenuous tasks. They do provide you with a complimentary drink.  It is clean and the massage chair is nice.

The man didn't listen to what color I wanted and I didn't figure it out until he had started, I left the salon with 2 nails chipped(the color coming off) very unhappy. I should have spoken up. Also my little sister was with me and the lady who was doing her nails answered a FaceTime call while filing her nails. This salon was so convenient because it was close where we live but now we will be going a few extra miles and heading to Keller nails.

This place was beautiful when it first opened but it has gotten very dirty since and the end product isn't great. The lady doing my nails had glitter on her hands and her hands were totally sticky and gross (i.e. she hadn't washed then) and she got glitter in my solar nails. When I pointed it out she started talking to her coworkers in her language. I find that very rude. You know they are talking about you. Very uncomfortable.

My daughters paint job on fingers and toes didn't last but a day :(  Very disappointed.

Pretty sure the place isn't kept up to snuff hygenically. I'd avoid getting a pedicure knowing they lack good cleanliness habits. My friend said she got a fungus from a pedicure from there.

I always have a great experience when I come here. (Which has been on and off for the last year. I'm not very consistent.)  All the employees are friendly and do their best to accommodate. If you ask for something and you're not sure they're doing what you ask - just say something. It's most likely just a misunderstanding. It sure beats saying nothing and getting upset later about it. I ask questions all the time about what they're doing. Nobody seems to mind.
