I have been a member of Hand and Stone in Glen Mills for over five years. The owners and the staff are just outstanding. They welcome you with a smile, the place is impeccably clean, the massage therapists and aestheticians are top notch. I have tried many other places in the past, and I am happiest at Hand and Stone. That's why I joined on my first visit there!

I really love this place, and have been a member for about 4 years now. Always professional, always good massages, and on the off chance something did go wrong, Lauren and her staff have always made it right. I love the fact that I can switch between facials and massages (Candy is fantastic, btw), and I love the fact that I can gift my monthly treatment to others with only a 10.00 charge. To me, all the groupon offers out there are like the wild west, you never know what you are getting. I like the quality control available at Hand and Stone, and I also think they are a great value.

Horrible.  This business is a scheme.  The people there are idiotic.  They got me to sign up for what I thought was a 3 month package but I have now been charged over $300 for longer than they said.  They fed me so much false information and do not care to help at all.  If I could give this 0 stars I would.  Now I'm stuck with packages I don't want and have had my money taken from me.  Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I have been a member at this location for about 6 months. I LOVE my Esthetician.  The staff is very warm and welcoming each and every time I work through the door. It is so easy to book another appointment in person or on the phone. I also love that you earn points and receive free or discounted items!
