I love getting my massages here. The staff are always so friendly. I think most of the therapists I've had have been fantastic. Lance is wonderful! I don't get them often, but when I have, the facials were wonderful. 
The only time I switched to another massage place was when I was pregnant. I wish Hand and Stone were better suited/prepared for prenatal massage.

Very clean and professional. The main issue is some staff are very skilled and attentive and some really are not. It's unfortunate there's such a performance gap because it makes ever visit a roulette. I've really had some of the best massages here but also definitely some of the worst.

I have been getting monthly massages with Pavlina, she is amazing. The hours are pretty convenient.

Very good massage session and feel great afterwards.  Unfortunately they raised the price recently by a considerable amount so I'm hesitant to go again soon.

Before you sign up for their plan of $59.95 a month, be sure you know what you're getting into.
For instance:  If you have a balance of $59.95 and want to do a service for $30, they will either charge you $59.95 or you pay $30 and still have the $59.95 balance.  To get out of the recurring charges of $59.95, you have to sign a termination letter and are charged $59.95 to close your account.

There are better/less expensive massage places around that do not take advantage like they do.
