The staff was very courteous and helpful as well as knowledgeable. They gave me a great price on several treatments I was looking to get and felt very happy with my overall experience. Thanks again to Matt the manager for really going over everything with me and making me feel comfortable. Already got one of my treatments done and am super happy with the immediate results, see you real guys soon!

I called for a Velashape appointment and was given a price. Once there, I was informed they booked my appointment for laser hair removal...???...and that the price I was given is far too low for the Velashape. After being assured this treatment is appropriate for my body type (I'm a size 4 and don't need to lose weight, just reduce cellulite,) I agreed to the higher price and started treatment. Each week I mentioned not seeing results, and each week I was assured results would come. I paid and went for double the recommended amount of sessions and still no results. The technicians are some of the nicest ladies you'll ever meet, but I'm sure they have to be, since the people making the sales are swindlers. Educate yourself before agreeing to their "amazing deals."

Doctors. Doesn't know how to filler under I are usually go to dermatology or specialist for filler to fill my line and your eyes and wrinkles so each year are used to go to different clinic but when I saw this special deal and this is spa I just want to try it but the doctor he doesn't fill line and wrinkles he fill area that doesn't need to fill anymore which make my eyes like a bruising and something that bigger than another it was the worst experience I have done in my whole life . I have never never ever go to the same dr . Actually they have to learn and take some courses to fill and how to used injection before took money from customers

Good luck making appointment. Purchased services for my mother for her birthday. A massage and facial. They don't do this service on that day or that service pass this time of day. Unbelievable. Yes refund me my money I can't be bothered. Ill take my mother to a more repreatable establishment that actual provides spa servicing. Waste of time dont bother.

They offer a varaiety of services and do an awesome job when performing them. They often offer good deals. However, whenever you purchase a deal, even as a repeat customer, make sure to get the details in writing. I once purchased a deal which I had been told involved unlimited laser treatments on a given area for 2 years, but after 6 months (6 sessions), I was told that there had been a mistake and in fact, it was only for 6 sessions.
