My membership was meant to be a stress reliever. Every other time something got screwed up. even cancelling became a nightmare. The manager kept calling me trying to get me to change my very honest yelp review. I wouldn't trust most reviews you find they're obviously monitoring them and meddling.

I love hand and stone but do not recommend the Rolling Meadows location. I don't mind being asked if I'd like upgrades etc. but they border on harassing people to purchase extras. Then I specifically asked the receptionist if my massage was for an actual hour and she confirmed it was. The therapist, again if I wanted any upgrades in the massage room. So my main concern is, my massage started at 10am exactly and when I was finished and after I was dressed I looked my phone and it was 10:43am. I knew the massage wasn't and hour. Yet when I sent what I believe is the manager a professional message, not asking for a single thing in return...more of a polite informative message; she responded by saying that their hour massage are only 50 minutes hands on and offered to show me the therapists timer that showed 50 minutes. She did all this after she said the therapist "should have met me at the door when I came out and provided me with water" but didn't. I don't care about all that, I just feel people should know about my experience and decide for yourself. Lastly, the massage was decent.

I had a really great experience at Hand & Stone yesterday. Not only were the services rendered amazing but the staff and therapists were soooo accommodating. I got a flat tire on the way there so I was going to be late for my services. I called them and they were so kind and understanding and found a way to fit me in. I highly recommend this spa and look forward to a return visit.

I just had a hot stone massage last night and it was unbelievable. The massage quality was remarkable. Unlike other hot stone massages where the stones rest on your back, my therapist actually worked the hot stones into every phase of the massage. The facilities were very relaxing and first rate. The spa associates were also incredible, very professional, thoughtful, and so friendly. I didn't even think twice about getting a subscription and will be go to place.

It is a wonderfully relaxing every one here is fabulous including the front desk staff the Massage Therapists and Estheticians
