I have been seeing both Doctor Rachael and Doctor Alison for years now. I even followed them from their previous practice when they started Hands on Health. Both are so kind and attentive to my needs. They listen to my concerns, and they've helped me to heal, even with some GI problems and migraines. And they were SO helpful all through my pregnancy and in dealing with Postpartum Depression. I'm so glad these docs are there for me and now for my sweet baby as well! Their practice is family-friendly, too, and I love that my baby often gets to see their babies when we visit.

I have had both worked alongside and been patients of Dr. Racheal and Dr. Alison for a few years now. They are both very professional and convenient to get in to. Compared to other doctors I have been to they take time and effort to address your concerns and make suggestions. Lindsey is also a great massage therapist that works will with adjustments. They've all really reduced my migraines and back pain!

Dr Racheal gave a head to toe examination and began to address areas that had caused me pain for years before I even told her where they were! Since then, I have had noticeable decreased pain and less headaches after only a handful of visits. On top of the great work she does, the atmosphere is extremely family friendly. My son loves it there! I won't see anyone else!

Hand down the best thing I do for my own and my kids health is to get adjusted by Dr. Alison at Hands on Health Chiropractic. She saw me throughout both of my pregnancies and to this day I believe that labor was easy for me because of it. She sees each of my kiddos when we reach a new milestone or when they are sick. Both my kids sleep better and are happy, healthy and very active children because of it. Lastly, I had the flu back in March this year and I remember distinctly driving to her place and feeling the worst I have ever felt. She adjusted me and when I was driving home I felt so much better. It was a night and day difference. I will never forget that feeling and how quickly the adjustment helped me. We love Dr. Alison! We'd never go anywhere else!
