My children's pediatricians are excellent at this location, but the time they keep you on hold to make an appointment is outrageous. I need to make an appointment but I've been on hold for 19 minutes and still waiting for a secretary to answer. It is like this literally every time I call for an appointment.

This place would be five stars if not for yamcek. To put it simply, she's clearly an unhappy person and takes it out on others. I recall a time she very rudely asked me and my wife with a furrowed brow if we "could control" our autistic four year old. Just because he was crying and yelling in our back examination room. My kids were seeing Julie Currin before she moved back home, out of state. Dr.Currin was very kind and considerate. Once she moved we were stuck with yamcek. Again, that was miserable. Thankfully they have a new pediatrician in the office now (Dr.Brookshire) and she is just as nice and great as Dr. Currin was. So thankfully now we have a good, friendly, considerate pediatrician to take ourchildren to that is close to home.

The doctor was real polite so was the nurse and the other staff and then they check up on you once you leave somebody will call you I recommend Dr. Rachel

loved my daughters pediatrician. I stopped going to the adult medicine side for awhile and recently moved closer and. had an issue so they set me up with Samantha...crnp and she seem annoyed her 2nd question was why I haven't been there. I don't think that's appropriate not to mention my daughter was with me had no choice but to bring her and she never acknowledged or said one word . and. then called me babe at the end. I won't be back.

I love the doctors and staff always very friendly. Yes sometimes your on hold for a while but that's the only downside.
