We hired Handyman Heroes in July 2016 to replace the brick mold on our front door and replace a damaged piece of vinyl siding on our house. They sent Jim on 7/7/2016 to check what we needed done. We were given a price of $704.00. The price seemed high, but we thought that replacing all of the brick mold on our door would take some time to do. Jim looked at the work we needed and said there would be no problems completing these two things. We have him a deposit of $200 and set up when the work would be done. 
When he came to do the work, he said that he could not replace the whole brick mold on our door, he would have to just repair the damaged wood. Well, that's exactly what my husband had done previously and it looked really bad, but we figured Jim is a "professional" and would do a better job. When done, it looked exactly like it did when my husband fixed it.
Now, to the siding. It took at least a month to be able to find the exact siding we have so it would match. Our house was 11 years old, so the exact make and color wasn't easy to find. The repair was on the front of our house, so it was important that it matched.
We finally found it and he came to replace the broken piece of siding. By this time we had paid the bill in full. 
Everything was fine until we had a small rain storm about a month after the siding was repaired. It broke off again, so we called Jim. He came and put up another new piece (we bought 5 pieces). Two months later, the same thing happened. Called him again. He came back and this time glued and nailed the siding to our house. In January after another windy storm, the piece is broken again! This time we called him, all we got was voicemail. He never returned any of our many messages. 
Finally we decided to call the company and talk to someone in management. We did and talked to Bill, who said that this was done a long time ago and he doesn't have any workers available to come and fix this. I realize that it is almost a year later, but we had been having problems since a month after it was installed!
When my husband told him that I would write a review of their company on Yelp and also report them to the Better Business Bureau, he said "go ahead" and hung up! 
This is probably the worst customer service I've ever seen! They did not do the work that was promised for $704 (no supplies included). We would NEVER use them again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
