Avoid this company,as there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Had an appointment for pool opening, and I couldn't be home, so I left everything poolside. They called and confirmed the appoinment, not sure if they arrived when they said they would, since I couldn't be there. Anyway, once I returned home, I found my pool uncovered, the ladders and rails installed, and the plugs removed, but the pump was not running, there wasn't any water in the pump at all, never even switched on!! the water was disgustingly cloudy, and debris floating in the water. The skimmer covers were off, and both baskets were missing. My receipt in the mailbox showed almost $375 of work that they "supposedly"did!! I called them and left a message, since it was just past their closing time. Then I called the credit card company to stop payment. The next day I didn't even receive a return phone call from them, so I called to see what was going on!! Waited for them to call me back, and when they did, I was told that my pool was OPEN. So I questioned them on why the pump wasn't running, and was told that it was b/c the skimmer baskets, that I had just purchased last summer, were missing. They claim that the baskets weren't there, even though they were sitting pool side,with the ladder and railings.They only wanted to argue with me, and were not willing to rectify the situation. I was told that a return trip, and two skimmer baskets would cost me more money!! I just bought those baskets last year!! After much argument, I told them that I will attempt to hold payment until they get someone out there and "open" my pool to my satisfaction. I was told that they would be in touch to schedule it, but I haven't heard anything in over 24 hours!! Now I have to call them once again to schedule a return trip !!We will see how long it takes them to rectify this, until then I wish I could give zero stars!! Avoid them!! Scam artists that are only after your money!!

Bad service man I tell u they suck anybody reading this please don't call this guys they mess up my liner is new and it's leaking water
