I went in with a few loads of laundry to do. I could not get one of the large machines, so I was forced to use 3 of the smaller ones. I loaded them with soap and softner (Both Liquids). I started the machines. Two of the machines barely got my clothes wet. One machine worked properly. I took the clothing that was not even damp over to the guy running the place - Older man with long grey hair. I asked him to touch the clothing. He said that the spin cycle had been very strong and dried them. I showed him a LIGHT GREY shirt. When light grey shirts become wet - they turn darker. I showed him a few 'wet-spots' that were darker and pointed out that if the shirt was wet - they whole shirt would be roughly the same darkness - not spotted. He got annoyed and asked if I put money (their Card) in the machine and if it had turned on. I said yes, but it clearly didn't add enough water to wet my clothing. He said (I'm quoting) - "The machine did it's job." I will never go here again.

Clean and whocould complain with free dryers. I was also told half off big machines after 9 which is great.

As an out-of-towner, I could not be more irritated that I was forced to purchase a card to use this laundromat. I also couldn't get the balance off of it before I left.

This is the worse place to do your laundry their machine is broken and they don't put no sign up to say it's broken, the machine took my money and they did not want to give it back to me ,their machine is no good and they don't have enough water I don't recommend this place to anyone they are thief.

A fine establishment! I went here when I couldn't get quarters at the hotel I was staying at. This laundromat uses a money card, which I love! At first glance, the washers seem very expensive, but they give you up to 50 minutes of free drying when you use a big washer. Don't know about the smaller washers. Last wash is a late 10:30 PM, so I had plenty of time to do my stuff after work and still get laundry done. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, which was great since I had never been there before. I'll be returning. Forget these hotel laundry machines! I'll gladly drive 20 minutes to do my laundry here each week!
