I ordered 2 suits on Oct. 26, 2017, I was told they would be ready in two weeks! As of today December 10, 2017 I have not taken possession of my suits, nor have I been contacted by them. Only contact I have had with them is when I stop in.
I have stopped in 2 times, first time I was told they would be ready in one week, second time I stopped in on a Wednesday and I was told they would be ready by Friday. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard from them.
I would suggest doing business elsewhere, these folks are unreliable and unbelievable.

Hubby's a difficult fit for a suit & Hanover Clothing is the only place we found to fit him properly, for 15+ years now!   Customer service is outstanding.  We drive from out of town & we'd be lost without them!

The customer service you receive here is outstanding.  I have used them for tuxedo rentals and sizing shirts for my husband. I have been going hear for years. I would travel out of my way to come here for the service I have and do receive. Thank you for always making memorable moments easier!

The owner was very knowledgeable of the suits and accessories. No pressure and very friendly. I would use them any day over any mens clothing chain stores.
