JC Penney is a great place to shop. I have been a loyal shopper for over 30 years. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I receive coupons in the mail to use on most things I like to buy which saves me money.  The store is very clean and organized.

Purchased items in store but was considered  online purchase no cash accepted had to purchase gift cards could only used two forms of payment had to come back to store on next day because I had to contact bank to request purchase limit increase.  I was a little frustrated but the sales staff was great bought four appliances altogether purchased two at a time was not eligible for the $300 Visa gift card promotion that was a bummer. Only received $100 offer.  I'm hoping everything goes well with second delivery the first went smoothly .

Maybe it's because  it's Christmas time but they have some really great sales going on! They have a lot of cashiers so you're wait isn't going to be that long.
