Hanson Realty & Auction Company began in 1995 serving Tennessee with real estate and auction service. We specialize in the auction method of marketing. Hanson Realty & Auction Company sells all types of property, focusing on real estate and estate sales. Owner Wendell Hanson is a graduate of Nashville Auction School and the Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI). He holds a designation of Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE). We also offer appraisal services for estates, financial institution, attorneys, and business entities.

We are licensed auctioneers in three states: Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Indiana.
