A short message from the owners of Coffee County Realty & Auction Company, Jimmy and Nancy Jernigan.....A few years ago, we had a dream of opening a real estate office in Manchester. With hard work and good people helping us, Jimmy and I were fortunate enough to buy Coffee County Realty & Auction Company in 1994. In the first year of owning the company, we became #1 in sales in the Manchester area. We have since continued to be the leader. We have re-invested back into the company to give our agents the tools they need to do their job in the best way possible.. In the Manchester office and in the Tullahoma office, we strive to treat everyone that walks into the office with dignity and respect. We realize that without our clients and customers - we would be nothing! We have assembled an experienced team of Realtors that we are very proud to be associated with.
