I was very happy with the overall service for replacing my windows. I was pleased with how quickly I was able to get an appointment to get an overview of the product and an estimate, I was happy with the communication from the team to let me know what was going on every step of the way from my order to my installation, and I was very happy with the installers, Marty Brace and Ricky. They arrived on time, very professional and friendly, explained the entire process, gave me a demo, and made sure I had all my questions answered. They were very good about not making a mess during the installation and cleaning up afterwards. Thank you!

Marty Brace and Ricky  installed three windows in my house this week.  They explained everything well and set about the installation.  They did a great job, and, when they were finished, they gave me a short demo, explaining the locks and how to remove the windows in order to clean them, etc.  I am very happy with the job they did, thus the five stars. They cleaned everything up and were out of here in just a few hours. You can see in the photo that these windows are a great improvement over the old ones.

Update: I stained the window sills this past weekend and I realized what a poor job they did.  There was excessive wood putty everywhere.    I was told that I could stain right over it.   Not happy right now!

08/27/17 This past weekend I stained the sills and realized that there was an excessive amount of wood putty on them.   I was told that I could stain right over it, but it looks terrible. 

I have to say that when I signed the contract and gave Hanson's my deposit, I asked Steve if I could post date my check.  He said "yes, of course", but Hanson's cashed it a day early, making my bank account overdrawn.  I was charged a fee by my bank for this.  I was unaware that banks DO NOT look at the date on your check, so buyer beware.  (I was told by a bank manager that you should never write a check for an amount that would not be covered if it were cashed immediately.)  Lesson learned!  Hanson's sent me a debit card for $50 towards future work that I may need done, as an "I'm sorry". This is not acceptable to me.  They should have waited till the proper day to cash my check, after telling me that I could post date it.  Except for this error, Hanson's did a great job.

The process of getting our windows was so easy. Dave, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. Marty Brace, our installer, was very professional and polite. He did the work and cleaned up after himself. Looking forward to our next project with Hansons!

Very happy with the experience. I debated between a 4- and a 5-Star, but settled on 5 because overall the overall experience was excellent.

It started with the sales call - Dustin was with us for 4 hours answering our questions and figuring out how much we wanted to do - we ended up doing 13 windows. Great personality and very patient. He came back when we had additional questions for him.

Next was the Project Planner, Brittne. She was very helpful and kept us informed on the status of our order and the scheduling of the install.

Finally, we had Dave and his team for the install. Friendly, courteous and kept us informed on the status. They quickly completed the install. Our only issue is with the clean up:
1. We are still finding wood chips in our carpet.
2. The high windows we can't reach without a 25ft ladder have had prints on the outside and we will have to figure out how to get them clean.
3. The truck dropped oil on the new drive!
However, after informing Brittne of these she was take care of us to our satisfaction.

So, overall, the Hanson's Team has been excellent. We are now planning to complete the rest of the windows.

They made scheduling really easy, and on a Saturday! Match made in heaven, didn't have to take time off work. The sales guy from Hansons does a good job at selling you quick lol. Hansons had Mikes Installation put my windows in for anyone looking for a superb installer, ask for him if you can.
