We've purchased from them several times, and the products are pretty good, but a little over priced in my opinion. I also called to inquire about a last minute cake for a veteran on the Marine Corps birthday, and the woman on the phone was not helpful and rude. I totally understand not being able to help me with a last minute request, but she didn't seem interested in getting any of my business.

My wife ordered a dozen cupcakes and a cake for my son's birthday a week before the event. When I arrived the day of his birthday to pick up the the cupcakes and cake, they had not made the cake. I waited 30 minutes and was given a chilled cake that was not fresh. Because of the mishap I was given a coupon for 1 dozen free cupcakes. Happy Bake is pricey at $80 for 1 dozen cupcakes and a 4" round birthday cake and did not deliver fresh baked goods as expected.

Love this place for an amazing 'guilty -pleasure' mid-day snack! Great selection, yummy flavors, happy friendly staff. A bit pricey. . . But I'm worth it support this downtown hidden treasure
