I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with the Happy Couch. The customer service was outstanding, and their quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations. I had 2 very nice deconstructed chairs from Restoration Hardware that several upholsterers declined to work on (I would assume due to the many details and amount of hand stitching) that desperately needed to be re-upholstered. The Happy Couch was happy to take the job, and my chairs look amazing!! I truly think they look better than they did when I received them brand new from RH. I would definitely recommend this company!! Top quality work!!

I had three pieces from our family room (couch, oversized chair & ottoman and upholstered rocking chair) recovered last fall. I used this company based on a recommendation from a friend. She had good luck. I did not. The workmanship is just terrible. We had to send back the cushions from the couch and chair to be re-done and I'm still having issues with the fabric rippling on almost every surface. They also recovered the original pillows with the new fabric and basically ruined them. They ended up much smaller and look terrible as well. They also used a backing which is a different fabric and it shows in places. The lady is nice and was easy to work with but her dad (who does the work) does not speak English so I wasn't able to talk to him at all. It's a small shop and much closer to where I live than another place in town I used years ago. I should have gone with the other place. They are excellent and I would not have wasted my money. Every time I look at my furniture I am reminded of what I bad decision it was to use The Happy Couch. My furniture is not happy. I honestly think I might have been able to do the work better than it was done and I have no experience whatsoever! I will never use them again.

I took a section of canvas from my pop up camper to happy couch. They said they could repair it and it would be ready next week. Four days later I called to check on it but no one would answer. After calling and getting no replies for 2 days I decided to stop by and see what was up. She told me that her papa did not want to do the repair. I said he should of called me or told me that when I brought it in. Instead they thought it necessary to waist my time for a week. Maybe if my Spanish was better I would be writing a better review. If you want to be lied to and jerked off by Mexicans this is a good place.
