Daniel and Jermaine were extremely helpful. Not only did they provide great details about the different types of mattresses, they were hilarious. If you want a great deal and have fun at the same time, this is the place to go. Who knew buying a mattress was fun!

Daniel was helpful when we bought the mattress, though a bit less personal information would be better. This was a Thursday. We arranged to pick it up Saturday, & he said the truck would be at the store between 10-11am. I said we couldn't pick it up in the morning, & asked if 1pm would work. He said yes, it would. We got there at 3. The truck hadn't arrived yet, & the guy said he didn't know when it would arrive. He'd been trying to call, but couldn't reach them. They're open until 8. By the time he called at 4:43, we didn't have the truck we'd borrowed. We went today (Sunday) & picked everything up. When we got back to the house, I noticed that the frame box said "queen, king, or California king," & we'd bought a double. When I called, he said it wouldn't fit our bed. We went back a third time. At no point did this man apologize that we had to make 3 trips. He tried to justify by saying he couldn't know truck arrivals. I told him that if he wasn't making an offer, he had nothing to say. "What could I offer," he asked. I said he could give us $50, the amount they charge for delivery. He said he wouldn't give anything. Customer service doesn't seem to mean much.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here! Daniel went above and beyond to help us find the perfect bed at a great price. The store had a great selection of beds to fit any budget, and the customer service was awesome! Daniel had us laughing and enjoying ourselves the whole time, and he made us feel very comfortable and happy with our choice. Would definitely recommend!

Daniel was excellent to work with and made buying a new mattress quick and painless. I didn't think it was possible, but not only did he match Costco's price, he actually beat it!! This is our second mattress purchase from Mattress1 and we have been happy with the service and quality of our purchases.

Great customer service and the selection is the best in town. Daniel helped me out and I could not have been treated better. After shopping other mattress stores and online, it was great to have someone knowledgeable help me find the perfect bed. Will definitely be back for any other bed purchases.
