It's ok, but it isn't typical Chinese food. We are from further south and it was edible but not GREAT.

Great tasting food, perfect quantity for the lunch hour. I ordered the beef curry, two other guests ordered the sweet and sour chicken, and another the crispy beef. Accompanied by the wonton soup, we where all pleased with the quality. Two things we where unhappy with though. Firstly, it was a Saturday morning around 11:30 and the owner was working the floor by himself. He was very busy. My nieces fried rice did not come out until we where done eating. Refills where not given, once the food was dropped off, we didn't see any employee until we where ready to leave. We actually had to wait at the counter for a solid 10 minutes until we where able to check out. Having said that; the food made up for this and we will return in hopes of a more properly staffed establishment.

My family visited Ellijay for a day-trip, we were pleasantly surprised when we could Happy Family II for lunch. We were greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. We were very pleased with the service, food, and the atmosphere. Definitely would make Happy Family II a regular stop when in town!

Meh, guess it's OK for Ellijay. *Update* Walked in and placed a order. The girl up front played on her phone the whole time while taking my order then has the audacity to ask me 20 questions in response to me complaining about my messed up order when I called them. It's obvious she can't play on her phone and take down an accurate order at the same time. Only thing they didn't mess up was the egg rolls and rice...hooray.

The food is good, but over the last 3 years the service has really went downhill. They used to give you very large portions that you could eat on for 2-3 days and the price was decent, now it barely is enough to fill you up and the price for my husband and I to eat here for just he and I with two dinners and two drinks is $30.00, that's alot for two people and the portions half what they used to be. I don't know where the other guy went that owned/worked it, but since he left the one guy that's always been there has made the service really horrible. My husband and I always ask for extra soy sauce (we always take out) and they used to give you as much as you wanted, now your lucky if they even have any, they always seems to be "out".... I don't think we will eat here anymore and that's to bad because we've been customers since it opened. But when service is awful and potions are small and prices are ridiculous, you stop getting our business....
