Refinish job was OK but I wish they treated my home with a little more respect (tracking sawdust into other rooms and not even trying to clean up, using my vacuum attachments and not cleaning them.) A follow up phone call would have avoided this post as well.

My experience with Happy Floors was top notch. My floors are beautiful, the team was conscientious and very professional,
and the finished project is excellent.  High marks!

Good experience.  Alex came to house and looked at sub floor to give us options as i was replacing and repairing.  We went with the new US floors vinyl with cork and are very happy.  Also refinished hardwood in bedroom.  Only suggestion would be more communication on arrival times.

I started working with Happy Floors in 1/16 to get an estimated. They failed to estimate the second story on a two story addition. Despite an email which I sent in March for direction on the upstairs which the replied to they still failed to acknowledge the upstairs was not in the estimate. It wasn't until the start of the job on 3/28 with an 4/15 deadline they determined the upstairs wasn't estimated. I could not get additional estimates at that time so I was forced to continue to the tune of another $5k +. It was quite the surprise. They would not admit their error but we negotiated $400 off the estimate with a $100 delivery fee. At the end of the job another $500 was taken off for ripples in the refinished existing floor. Though they made an attempt to rectify the situation it was an unpleasant experience. I would say they took the happy out of the floor.
