The service was terrible, when we asked to use our phones for karaoke the TV kept losing connection. Half of our time was spent trying to reconnect to the TV. We got to the point where we switched back to the actual system which was better, but the options were pretty old... It was probably last updated in 2012...

We paid for two hours and tried to take an hour back since we ended up not wanting stay that long. Without our permission, they voided the entire bill then said we had to give our phone until we can pay it back.  Instead of trying to fix the problem, the lady suddenly acted like she couldn't speak English. There was no professionalism, especially from the manager, when the problem occurred.

I was here for a birthday party and it was fun!!
The only bad thing was the list of songs. Sure it's huge but in my opinion too few contemporary pop songs

Owner was very cold. We asked for an extra Japanese book for my friend and he told he didn't have enough to spare, even though we and one other group of people were there. We stayed for two hours, and when we left, there was only one more group there. 
I asked the owner for a six pack, and he immediately asked how I was going to pay for it. Very strange, since we all agreed on his price for 2 hours of karaoke. I will visit another place in the future for sure.
