I went to this salon for 3 years, always had good experience and good job on nails. Then there were personnel changes, new nail technicians did poor job, argued with me about what color I was using and how I wanted my nails done, cut my cuticles when they drilled my nails with the Dremel. They haven't painted or cleaned their shop in years. Sacks of stuff line the walls behind the nail tables, walls are dirty, ultra violet light machines are dirty, table tops are dirty, people are rude. I was a regular every 3 weeks, tipped 20% and gave $60 bonus at Christmas. One would think they would even remember my name. I haven't been there for 18 months. I use Pro Nails on University now. Service & workmanship is great with Tony, prices are reasonable, shop is clean.

Have been going for 2 years, went great until I got Plantar's Warts! Spent a couple thousand on a podiatrist to treat my feet. I had to literally have layers of my foot beds peeled off weekly. I don't use public showers or go to the gym. My podiatrist told me it probably came for unsanitary tools and conditions at a nail salon. 
When I explained to the owner  I was told they were not responsible! I didn't want them to pay for my treatment as I have great insurance but an apology would have been sufficient!

This place has absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Was asked if they could do designs was told no. All my nails are different sizes. Do nails very sloppy and rough. DO NOT recommend.

Shop needs a upgrade.  Appears they reuse tools without sanitation. Had to request complete removal of prior acrylic before getting new set several times.  Then thy attempted to polish new color with complete removal of prior color.  OMG.  I should have removed all polish and acrylic prior to coming in.

will never be coming back here again. the guy who did my nails was in a rush and left my nails crooked and too long. I asked for acrylic and he did NexGen without me asking just so he could charge me more I guess. Did not do a good job and the prices are not cheap.
