I had an appointment for 9:30, I’ve been sitting in my car since 9:15 waiting for someone to show up to unlock the doors. It’s now 9:52, 22 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Today was my only opportunity to get my nails done before my husband comes home, he planned a date night and everything. Now I don’t have the time. So thank you very much Happy Nails for wasting my morning and putting me in a horrible mood. If you’re going to tell customers you open at 9 and proceed to schedule an appointment for 9:30 make sure you show up! I easily could’ve gone else where.

Love the customer service but did my gel nails different I had to go back twice to fix it because it was still wet underneath the layer . Same for when I took it off. I'm not saying there a bad place just not my lucky day

They were quick and amazing! Since they are low on employees, I recommend setting an appointment and being patient! The wait is definitely worth it and I will be going back there for years to come! Quickest acrylic nail application of my life!

Very unsatisfied. I came in Friday late morning on the June 30 2017. Only 2 ppl at the time one waiting for a child. Only 1 person working. The lady told me about 15min before she can get to me. I usually go to another place but they were packed. Before I knew it 2 other people came in with appointments. She could have told me and I would have taken $10 elsewhere. I wanted just a polish change. The lady working rushed my nails, no design, didn't even acknowledge that I had broken a nail to file or cut it, she just put the polish on it clear coat and brushed me off for her appointments.Now here it is Sunday July 2, 2017 and my polish has chipped because she failed to do my nails correctly let alone it's the nail that was broke. Now I'm assed out of $10 now having to go somewhere else and spend another $10. Wouldn't recommend if your not a regular. They don't treat you the same. Will never do business with them again, thanks for the invite back but with the job that was done I won't be returning not even on a spare of the moment.

Rosa is amazing! I love this place and highly recommend her, just make an appointment. She gets busy but that's a good thing!!
