Went in to find a completely empty salon aside from employees. Asked to have my son's hair cut. Was told "I don't like kids, so you're going to have to find somewhere else" in a very snarky tone

I made an appointment a day ahead to get my hair cut with a boylage ombre color because the stylist with the ability wasn't in that day... I go to my appointment to meet the woman who is supposed to specialize in this design... Bad customer service and no consultation that made any sense... I brought pictures to show what I wanted and still couldn't come to the conclusion of how we who are going to get my hair done... She said she didn't feel comfortable doing my hair and I felt the same way... I left and will never return because I would not trust the salon with my hair!

Great place! Got me in same day for color, highlights and cut. And she did a awesome job.

I walked in for a simple cut and showed the employee "Anna" a picture of what I wanted (a long bob, no layers, slight framing around the face). She proceeded to give me the WORST haircut I have ever had. She never once checked lengths to make sure it was straight, leaving one side a full inch longer than the other. The back of the hair was chopped off at strange angles, but I didn't notice because when she was done she blow dried my hair under so I couldn't see the ends. As soon as I got home and straightened it I made an appointment at a different salon to have it fixed and the stylist there said it was horrible and couldn't believe that she had let me leave with hair like that. Over $100 later, my hair is way shorter than I wanted it and when I contacted Lauren's Salon, they were extremely rude and refused a refund, even though I had pictures to prove it. They said that I should have gone back there to have it fixed, but I will NEVER set foot in that establishment again. BEWARE!!

I have been coming to Laurens Hair Hut for over 6 years and have worked with 5 different wonderful stylists who have ALL done a nice job.   Kim is my favorite. Thank you for all you do!
