The food just tastes old. Wings were hard and so was the chicken & crust on the pizza also cold & I HATE COLD FOOD. First time here & I can definitely say it will be my last as I will never come back. 12/05 @7:45pm. 12/06. 6:00pm. I appreciated the owner & staff attempting to make up for the first day however the food here is very commercial. Second day it was hot & fresh which I really appreciated but it should’ve been that way the first time. I still wouldn’t return to get food from here but I would like to say the customer service was superb.
visited on 1/21/23 And the two awesome women that worked here were so kind and Courteous. I was buying a few pizza to Thank the nurses on taking care of my sister in law and they were awesome to help donate for the cause, and that's something rare. And the food was was very good its been a min since I eaten there pizza. Worth the drive to come back to this establishment if they are there.
When I called at 11:30 to place a Togo order I was told they were only accepting prepayment but I only had cash. I decided to drive up there to place a order and got there at 11:40 just for them to tell me they're not accepting any more orders. I understand when it's close to closing you're ready to go but online it say happys close at 12am not 11:40
This place is right at the end of my street so out of convenience I order from there often. When it's good it's good, but lately 3/5 Pizza's that I've ordered I ended up receiving a thin crust pizza and then on top of it, there was little to no sauce I mean Pizza is pizza. there's good pizza and there's ok pizza. but then there is okay just done wrong and lazy. It has started to happen so often that I seriously considered returning my last pizza. At this point I cannot give them any more of my money.
Horrible business! Horrible service! Horrible people! The fat young blonde girl behind the counter is really annoying and disrespectful! Everyone that works there are creeps! This business has went downhill! The food is terrible and their delivery drivers are all addicts! The owner is racist. Very fake people! I no longer recommend this place. If you are looking for good pizza... This is not the place!

My son was working at this restaurant happy’s pizza. Yes he found a job that was giving him more hours. He supposed to get paid last Thursday and did not receive his check. They told him come back on Friday last week did not receive a check to come back on Monday did not receive a check to come back Tuesday which is today November 22 at 5 PM. He comes up there. Oh the general manager left come back tomorrow, they have given my son the runaround about receiving his check the store manager there the female, which refuse to give up her name, was very rude and disrespectful and giving my son the runaround about his check that he did not receive
The food I order was either burned or undercooked the chicken sandwich I ordered was very burned the lettuce on top of it was very soggy and there was no mayo only thing from my order that was okay was my desserts and my small pizza in total my order was worth 60 dollars and wasn’t worth it at all my wings weren’t hot as I wanted them to be I’m highly disappointed

Accidentally Ordered From Vanborn Location Instead Of The Usual Westland Location, Biggest Mistake. The Rib Tips I Received Were Tough, Very Salty & The Meat Tasted Old. I Wanted To See Why The Rib Tips Were So Salty, So I Scraped Some Of The BBQ Sauce Off. Why Is The BBQ Sauce Saltier Than The Meat. BBQ Sauce Is Supposed To Be Sweet. Ruined My Whole Meal With That Trash Sauce & OverCooked Old Meat. And Then They Ask Do You Want To Tip Them Before You Can Even Pay Your Bill. I Have A Tip...Stop Serving Old Trash Sauced Rib Tips. There Is My Receipt/Proof Of Purchases For: 2 Pounds Rib Tips. 2 Orders Of Mozzarella Cheese Sticks. Don't Really Care For The ReFund Bro. But You Can Know Who Was Cooking That Trash That Night For Your Business Sake.
