I went Buffalo Wing Wings to pick up takeout on a Sunday evening and the wings were good and ample variety of sauce options. However, I was disappointed that the fries were cold. It wasn't very busy, but my food still took 40 minutes to come out. For takeout of just wings, fries and a sandwich this seems unreasonably long. I highly recommend ordering ahead for pickup.
Well this was a horrible mess! They said the order will take 30 minutes it took almost an hour and they still got everything wrong. We ordered wings and a chicken sandwich. For sides we ordered wedges and had celery sticks. To start of they forgot to put any ranch in the bag thankfully we caught that before driving off. When we got home we noticed the wedges were still raw in the middle. Potatoes not soft I can basically snap the wedge in half. We had to COOK it ourselves. The celery sticks were old. They were not crispy they smelled weird and were soft. The edges of the celery were brown. We ordered Caribbean jerk the box says Caribbean jerk but they had Nashville chicken in the box which we never ordered. No Caribbean jerk. Chicken barely got any sauce on it and were dry. You took $50 for raw potatoes, old celery sticks, the wrong flavor wings and dry wings that seemed to just be sitting outside for a while.
Food was excellent, restaurant was very clean, atmosphere was awesome especially during football season but service little to slow. Overall will definitely come backFood: 5/5
We ordered spicy wings but no napkins or silverware were given in the start. We had to go to the bathroom to get paper towels these came MUCH later. We got the wings first and constantly had to flag down the waiter to get the rest of our order, which included 2 drinks, cheese curds, blue cheese and ranch dressing, and finally asking specifically for the napkins and forks we never received. We never got the dressing with the wings. We also got the cheese curds at the end of the meal even though they were appetizers. It’s the fact the general manager took our order and no one else came to check on us. The drink was also warm? We’re currently waiting for someone to attend to us for our check. It was overall an unpleasant experience and I will never come back to this location. Don’t bother coming, save yourself the money and get a better experience somewhere else. The only thing that was good were the wings, the only saving grace! Extremely disappointed, get your house in order. Thank you.
Good food. That mango beer on tap was really good. They have indoor and outdoor seating with a Cornhole setup outside. We went there to catch the Sunday games. Parking: It's by the Willowbrook mall so there's plenty parking. Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the first floor
In the time that I am writing this, I have been sitting here with my dirty plates in front of me. It took over 10 minutes for someone to visit us at first. The server didn't smile when she finally came. All we ordered was an appetizer which took 15 minutes to come out. Mind you, it's 4pm. Not exactly a busy time. Our server hasn't visited us since she delivered our food, over 30 minutes ago. We've watched at least 2 groups leave because they got tired of waiting for someone to visit them. The food tasted fine, but a 30 minute visit had been turned into over an hour mostly due to waiting. Not worth. This location needs a revamp in it's additive towards service, coming from someone who worked in food service for many years. This was an embarrassment.
Ordered take out once and the wings were bad. Tasted like they reheated very old wings/old sauce. Ended up throwing away the entire order of wings. Gave this location another try because the tacos were good. I paid online at 11pm they list their closing hours are 12am. I arrive at 11:20pm and the employee is closing, locking the doors and claims to have never received my order. I check my bank account to find they billed me, closed, never fulfilling my order. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I will never order from them again. Be careful ordering online. They’ll bill you and claim they never received your order.
No hostess to greet us. Noticed a funky odor when I walked in the restaurant Place had no character whatsoever! No silverware for us to eat our food ! I won’t be back!
I’m not sure why this location finds it so difficult to fulfill an order as ordered but every single time I order delivery from this location. The entire order is wrong. No matter how many times I order a boneless kids meal I receive a bone and meal the first few times I chalked it up to an easy mistake but it’s a consistent error. They make to the point of it being ridiculous. Every other item that I order, even with modifications, is fairly simple. Between a kids meal or an appetizer it really shouldn’t be that difficult to fulfill the order as I put it in. But they consistently get it wrong every single time. The food is always cold. The fries are old. I just would highly recommend going to a different location or just avoiding this restaurant in general. Just an overall disaster.
Service was absolutely horrible from the time we walked in until we left. First, we walked in and staff were looking at us but no one came to greet us until 10 min after. As they were walking us to a dirty table we were told to wait and they wiped down the table infront of us. Next, we order water which we couldn’t even swallow because of a horrible taste. We ordered our complete order and half of it comes out before we even got our drinks. Our waitress stopped at our table once throughout the whole experience and we had to ask someone else 3 different times in order to get one drink. The most horrible experience I have ever had at any restaurant. If I could leave no stars I would. Will definitely never go back home there
