Order was early delivery guy was professional but pizza outside being the correct size was totally wrong and sides where topping I ordered on the side were also missing. Wings sauce was pretty good but the texture was as if they fried them they cool and then they got fried again super super hard. Usually pretty good but definitely hangry after this most previous order
I love this place!! The food is always generous! The staff is always laughing together and with customers! The manager Twila is always generous giving my kids free candy or a pop! Very family friendly!! And the store is always decorated so nice for each holiday!! I highly recommend this Happy's!!!
Manager Chris was so unprofessional. I order rib tip and the rib tip was so fatty and didn’t look like a pound. I called back to exchange the rip tip because it had to much fat. Chris told me I can’t exchange the rip tip. I should know that rip tip are fatty meat before I order rip tip. He is a terrible manager. I will never go back there. Never will I order from Happy Pizza again.
Don’t order from here, I asked to speak to a manger,doesn’t let you talk to the manger guess they don’t have any. Then I proceed to tell her what my problem is with my order. After explaining it was right, I was missing items from my delivery order. She told me I got my correct order over and over & just wasn’t going to convince a very rude store employee. Wonderful service customer delivery arrived around 11:30 on December 3rd 2022
Pizza tasted horrible. It doesn't taste like pizza to me personally. Cheese sticks were hard. You can definitely tell they use very cheap ingredients. Never ordering from happy pizza again. Delivery driver was the only good part about ordering from them.
Order was late, pizza toppings were only in the center of the pizza and it was iced cold. We ordered a salad pretty sure the driver dropped it a couple times. It been a while since we ordered Happys and we won't be ordering again
Food is alright, BUT every order is always wrong or has something missing. If it happens once or twice it's not a big deal, but literally every time. The flavored crust never makes it on the pizza.
The past three times we have ordered from there something has been missing. Including tonight!! Understaffed or not it’s ridiculous! Believe I work in customer service but comeone. Never again! I paid $40. Really……. DO NOT tell me to contact customer service I will not, and will need order from them again! Shame on you.
Placed a large order totaling $65.00 on 12/31/22, including a spicy Hawaiian pizza, but received an Hawaiian instead. Not a huge issue, in and of itself, but this is the second time this has happened at this location. Quite disappointed.
I have never been so mad in my life. Halloween. Night 740 order 2lb chicken strips 9pm comes around I call they say it will be 5 mins just spoke with the driver.. then 930 comes around I call again get put on hold for 7 mins and guess what I'm told they didnt reive my ticket and have to make it fresh. No thank it is has been almost 2 hours this is absolutely redicous very unprofessional. I have my confirmation email for my order and everything.. after speaking with them not just those two time but a third time not offered a discount or anything ..kids fell asleep waiting on the food so they didnt even eat dinner before falling asleep for the night because of soen unknown reason
