Renter beware.  The place is still in shambles after Harvey.  They are pretty much charging full rent all while trying to do repairs.  Dumpsters and trash everywhere.  Place smells.  No amenities.  They will come up with bogus charges that you will not notice in the rent unless you pay attention to the itemized bill.

This place is great.  I have lived here a year and I have no complaints. My maintenance issues have always been taken care of promptly. The grounds are nicely kept and my neighbors are friendly.  They have activities to "get to know your neighbors" that  are really fun. I have had no issues with management.

Manager and other staff behaved very politely when I first went to their office to look for an apartment. After I signed the lease contract they have shown their real face. Extremely poor management. The Manager of this apartment is very rough and no politeness at all. You will understand this well when you will move out from this place. They will charge you for everything....

It is important to have a nice place to live but it is also important to have nice people to deal with in your daily life.  

I am now very happy after moving to Kings Cove apartment. Very nice management and nice place. I am staying here since last 8 months and have no complaint.

Very poorly managed. Falling apart. Slow to address service issues. I'm very glad im here temporarily. I can barely stand it. I lived at Kings Cove (just up the block) for 8 months, 3 years ago and it was MUCH better; I hear it still is.

Most of the pictures on here are old and the place has not aged gracefully.
