I love your stores and your products very much but your staff in the murfreesbore are very rude except for one staff member she's very nice and very professional I'm going today hope that she's there do not know her name but it's the African American lady very nice lady do not want to deal with the others very rude.

One star for customer service but five stars for the store. I usually go to the one in Antioch, but seeing as how I was in Murfreesboro, I stopped by only to realize that both the female cashiers were very unprofessional. They were rude and didn't even act like they wanted to be there. Go to the Antioch harbor freight and you'll see what I'm talking about in regards to good customer service.

Great customer service!  Every time I go in cashier Jasmine greets me with a smile and welcomes me to the store.  Whenever I am searching for something I get someone who walks me to the product.

Went in twice today. There was a really nice pretty cashier Dana who helped with returning a broken transmission jack and helped get a new one for my brother and I.  Then had to go back later and the cashier Jasmine was really nice and helpful. Amazing customer service!!
