I would give Seth Simmons 10 stars if it was an option. He was professional and knowledgeable. While I was working with him, multiple people, employees and customers, needed his help...he managed to help them but never make me feel like I wasn’t his top priority. He gave me the kind of service you don’t get often in a business store. Lowe’s is fortunate to have a staff member like Seth!!

I went in for two things in two different departments. Both employees in Both departments were very knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got the right product for my project and at a great cost. They treated me vey well and I'm grateful!

I went in to just find a filter wasn't sure exactly where....As I am walking it's apparent that I am in search for something. No one bothered to stop to ask if they could help. I finally took it upon myself to ask someone for help. Let me tell you "I'm sorry for bothering you and distracting you from doing the job you are paid to do". This is how I felt, I almost let to visit Home Depot but I continue on to where the disinterested worker led me... I'm giving 3 stars because there was a worker over in the area that climb the ladder to get me what I need. He also was very nice about it... Thanks worker on alle 30...

Had to do my own plumbing and Rob at Lowe's walked me through the tough problems with pics by phone and made sure I got the right parts...so grateful ....great company and employees with knowledge of their department

I went today to buy a microwave and Detorie was more than helpful. It wasn't even his department and he walked around with us trying to help us the best he could. Chuck in customer service was wonderful. The only issue I had was with Maria in appliances. She told me that she could not price match something where both the other gentleman told me that they would. It was extremely frustrating until customer service helped me out and confirmed the price match. Thanks again to the fellas and their helpful attitude!
