I find it so exciting to go to Harbor Freight. Every time I go I see something new that I want. Endless items for just about anything you can think of. Great place just to go window shopping. But then I always walk out with something in a bag. Love it

If you are in any semblance of a hurry, this place will take you to the edge of your sanity. The prices are good alright, quality varies by item, some things are decent, some are 99¢ store quality.
Associates don't try and help you to death but they don't go out of their way if you look confused either.
But I digress... After you find your item and get to the checkout, the associate at the register will ask if you are in the rewards program, they will then try their best to sell it to you, sometimes another employee, mgr or whatever, will approach and tell you how you pretty much get your item free, blah, blah... It can take from 5-10 extra minutes from your day, PER CUSTOMER in front of you.
Last time I was there, with 2 ppl in front of me, I was livid by the time I got to check-out, the gal asked how I was & I told her I was late , had been in line 20 minutes and had no time for the pitch. 
This got me some strange looks but they rang me up for my glass cutter and off I went.
On the up side, they are very good about returns.

Store is clean, employees are nice friendly and knowledgeable.  
When I returned a generator i had no problems. I even forgotten my store receipt they looked it up in theor computer got my exchange while they still were nice pleasant and very helpful.  They give 110% 😁

Good place to buy cheap tools and such. They always have free items in their weekly AD. Staff is friendlyand helpful.
