Need to properly train associates to not be anti-social when helping customers. Asked for assistance in Garden area, associate left us without a response or confirmation on assistance for about 15-20mins. Lame.

I purchased a large roofing order. Since I have a bad shoulder I asked if I can get help loading the heavy material on my truck. I was assigned a loader named Dave from the Building Material department. He happily rethrieved a flat bed cart, pulled the roofing shinlges and loaded everything on my truck. He worked so I hard I tried tipping him but he refused he just smiled and said I am only doing my job. Great customer service.

Really rude customer service. I ask a guys in a polite way if he knows where are the flash lights and he answered me " I know cause it is my work" in a very rude way. No help a lot to the customers .

Generally has the items I am looking for. Over the years, I learned its best to try and find what I need on my own without asking the associates for help. As is the case everywhere, they have some good people and they also tend to have a quite a few wastes of time who really are not interested in helping anyone.
